Let me provide some information on how QuickBooks Online (QBO) handles sales receipts.
The functionality to automatically send a sales receipt to customers so they can pay it online is currently unavailable. Adding this feature will benefit a lot of users since it ensures the security of their accounts and saves time. I recommend submitting feedback about this one so our engineers can consider adding it in future enhancements.
Here’s how:
- In QBO, head to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
- These steps will open a window where you can type your product suggestions.
- From there, make sure to enter your thoughts and ideas.
- Click Next to submit.
