Thanks for getting back in the thread, @MC08. I'll share some details about your query so you can get through this and connect your merchant account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to thank you for the effort and time you've put into this. Please know that you'll get the Disapproved prompt if the business description selected on the application violates our Acceptable use policy based on the Merchant agreement. If this is incorrect, I'd recommend choosing a description that best represents your business type, and then you can start reapplying.
