Payments
Hello there, @CSEF.
Let me provide you with some insights about printing a large batch of checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I understand that you only print large batches of checks once a year, so upgrading to Advanced might not seem necessary. However, please note that the feature to print a large batch of checks is only available in the Advanced version. So, I suggest upgrading your subscription if you want to print a large batch of checks.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Gear Icon, and select Subscription and Billing.
- Ensure that your payment info is up to date.
- In the QBO section, select Upgrade your plan.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose Plan.
- Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
For more detailed information, check this article: Upgrade or downgrade your QBO edition
I've included an article to guide you set up your print settings: Configure your print settings for printing checks
