Allow me to share some information regarding this, highrock.
If you have a merchant and your accept payment option is closed, it's best to check the status of your account by following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.
- Select the Payments tab.
- From the Merchant details section, click the Manage account.
- Select the Account dropdown, and choose Account Profile.
- From the Bank Account section, see the status of your account.
If your account isn't Active, I recommend contacting our Payments support so they can explain why it's happening on your end.
