Accept payment option closed

Allow me to share some information regarding this, highrock.

If you have a merchant and your accept payment option is closed, it's best to check the status of your account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. From the Merchant details section, click the Manage account.
  4. Select the Account dropdown, and choose Account Profile.
  5. From the Bank Account section, see the status of your account.

If your account isn't Active, I recommend contacting our Payments support so they can explain why it's happening on your end.

You can also view other common questions about how QuickBooks Payments deposits work in QuickBooks Online.

Please let us know if you have additional questions regarding payment options, highrock.

Are you B2B or B2C? You can have a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QBO.
