quickbooks time issue sending invites
Dear Community,
This is my first post ever I think in 20 plus years. I just signed my company up for QB time. I have all employee's entered and their emails are all set and phone numbers to include myself. I tried to send an invite to myself multiple times and I haven't received an email or a text. I've checked spam, etc and did all the trouble shooting it says to check in support and it still won't send them. I'm working from my home office away from the office but I wouldn't think being at a different IP address would make a difference. Anyone have any ideas to check. Actually I couldn't even post this topic as I kept getting an authentication ticket mismatched error until I logged in with the incognito mode. Your help on this Sunday would be appreciated. thank you. Jeff
