Thank you for turning to the Community for support, @MK_APWC. I'm here to assist and provide clarity regarding tracking and assigning worker's compensation class codes in QuickBooks Time.
Currently, there isn't a feature available to assign worker's compensation codes directly when entering employee hours in QuickBooks Time.
However, in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can designate your workers' compensation directly for your employees. Since you're using QBO Advanced, you can consider utilizing either the class tracking or integrating the Pay As You Go feature.
Furthermore, to get a closer look at your business, you can always run, print, and customize payroll reports in QBO.
