I want to make sure you'll get your 1099 report printed in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @Mandy13.
Have you tried the detailed steps shared by @MDRobin above to view your 1099 report? If you haven't yet, I suggest giving it a try. However, if it still shows blank, let's update your QBDT to the latest release. This way, we can make sure the program gets the latest data. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu, then choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
- Select the Update Now tab.
- Put a checkmark to the Reset Update and click Get Updates to start the download.
- Once done, click OK and restart QuickBooks.
- Accept the option to install the new release.
I'm adding this article for more details: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
If the issue persists, let's try running the Verify and Rebuild Utility tools to fix data issues in your company file. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
If you get the same result after performing the troubleshooting steps, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and provide additional troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
Please know you can continue to reach me here with any additional questions. I'll be around to provide further assistance. Have a good one.
