When printing your previous W-2 and W-3 forms in QuickBooks Online, jpykevail. You can reprint them by accessing the archived forms on your Payroll Tax Center. I'd be glad to help you print them.
If you've already e-filed with us at that time, you can access it through your Payroll Tax Center. However, if you haven't found it in your archived forms, you may have filed manually outside QuickBooks.
To print your previous W-2 and W-3, follow these steps:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- On the left panel, select Taxes.
- Under Payroll tax, click the Fillings tax.
- Click Archive, then filter the Start date and End date depending on when you've filed your W-2.
- Once found, click the Printer icon to print it.
