Great to have you back in the Community. Thank you for trying the steps list above by my colleague. I suggest running the PDF printing tool to correct any errors that may be happening. Just a few clicks of the mouse and the PDF repair tool will complete.
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file. Please save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

A few more steps and you're on the way.
- In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
- Select the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool. It will take about a minute to run.
- Attempt to print, email, or save as a PDF from QuickBooks Desktop again.
