The same issue happened to me.  I also called the EFILE Help Desk and was told there was an amount on line 50330.  My screen showed it as zero.  I just zeroed out line 50340 as it was showing 1.00 on my screen.  I deleted the 1.00, efiled the return and it went through.  Thank you for the suggestion!
