Yes! QuickBooks Experts offers online bookkeeping services that connect small businesses with trusted, QuickBooks-certified virtual bookkeepers. Depending on the service you choose, a bookkeeper can give you guidance or take the lead on your bookkeeping.

Live Full-Service Bookkeeping includes two phases: cleanup and ongoing bookkeeping.

• In the cleanup/setup phase, your bookkeeper helps you set up your chart of accounts, connects your banks, and teaches you the basics of QuickBooks. If you have information in QuickBooks already, your bookkeeper will help clean it up in the first month of service.
• As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts each month.
• Your bookkeeper can close your books and prepare a trial balance. They can also PDF copies of key financial reports including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

In addition, Live Expert Full-Service Bookkeeping gives you all the benefits included in Live Expert Assisted. These benefits include access to tax resource support in Live Expert Assisted

Full-Service bookkeepers cannot give tax advice specific to your business, or prepare or file taxes for you.

Live Full-Service Bookkeeping doesn’t include sending invoices, paying bills, or management of inventory, accounts receivable, or accounts payable. The service doesn’t include financial advisory services, tax advice, facilitating the filing of income or sales tax returns, creating or sending 1099s, or management of payroll. QuickBooks Online offers Expert Full Service Payroll for an additional cost.

With Expert Assisted, QuickBooks-certified bookkeepers are available to give you guidance and answer questions you have on bookkeeping topics like categorization, automation, reconciliation, reporting, and workflow management. In addition, they are available to provide tax resource support on common business, payroll, sales, and 1099 tax topics like regulations, deadlines, deductions, and payments. You can request a callback anytime when you need a little extra help. 

Bookkeepers are available Monday-Friday 6AM - 6PM PT. Some basic bookkeeping services may not be included and will be determined by your bookkeeper. Your bookkeeper will provide help based on the information you provide. 

Live Expert Assisted bookkeepers will not work in your books, and cannot give tax advice specific to your business, or prepare or file taxes for you.

Our bookkeepers will not be able to give you guidance on the following topics:

• Tax advice, tax preparation and tax compliance, including but not limited to compliance and filings for state tax, local tax, and federal tax returns.
• Specialized accounting, including GAAP accounting, full accrual, multi-currency, foreign currency, and crypto currency.
• Financial or business advisory services, including industry specific questions and advice on business decisions.
• Business operations, including third-party app set-up and integration.
