Yes! QuickBooks Customer Hub is a lightweight CRM designed to help you manage the end to end lead to cash workflow for small to medium service based businesses. We offer Lead Management, Customer Management, Reputation Management, Appointment Scheduling, Contracts & Proposals. Customer Hub is a lightweight CRM, it won't fully replace HubSpot or Salesforce, but it will streamline simple workflows to help you close opportunities faster.

How does the Customer Agent work?

The Customer Agent is our AI designed to help streamline your lead to cash workflow. The Customer Agent connects to your business email via Gmail/Outlook and scans your email threads for potential new business leads and opportunities. When it finds such a conversation, it automatically creates a Lead and Opportunity in QuickBooks. The first time you connect, your agent will go through 10 leads and ask you to accept or reject so that it can learn what types of conversations are truly leads/opportunities for your business. You can always train or manage your agent any time through the Agent FAQs in order to further tailor the prompt. Your agent will detect when a lead needs a follow up, has lapsed, is ready to schedule an appointment, or ready to get a quote/estimate. Your customer agent will also draft follow up responses and estimates to help speed you up, but you're always in control of sending. And finally, your agent helps you summarize client notes and tasks so that when a client calls, you're always ready to quickly get context on what they need.

You can now get setup easily by uploading a spreadsheet, connecting to Gmail or Outlook and using our Contact Form (Beta) feature. You can easily create a beautiful Contact Form for your website and automatically collect leads and opportunities in your Leads List. When you upload new contacts, you'll have the opportunity to mark them as marketing contacts or subscribers so that you can reach out to them later or nurture them through your sales funnel.
