
Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online

Need to resubscribe? No problem! We'd love to have you back.
You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. If not, follow the steps below.
Note: You have to use the same billing frequency you had on your previous subscription to resubscribe. You can switch to a different billing frequency after resubscribing.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Resubscribe.
- Select the New payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
- Enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Select Resubscribe.
Check your billing information
Next, you'll have to sign out and in again to make sure your QuickBooks Online account is updated.
- Sign out, then sign in again.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
