A BAS amendment issue has impacted your subscription
by Intuit•2• Updated 1 year ago
In late May, an issue was identified where certain Business Activity Statement (BAS) amendments weren't automatically being removed from the Goods and Service Tax (GST) Amendment Report after a BAS period had been unlodged.
We’ve identified your QuickBooks Online subscription as being impacted by this issue, and therefore, you’ll have inaccurate BAS figures.
What do you need to do?
For now, all we need you to do is keep calm and wait. By this, we mean do not lodge your BAS with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) before we fix your books. |
Our team are working to amend this issue for you by early August, and while we are aware of upcoming BAS lodgement deadlines, the most important thing for you and your business is having accurate numbers before you lodge with the ATO.
