What QuickBooks prices are changing?

Starting 28 July 2022, the price of newly purchased QuickBooks Online Simple Start and Plus subscriptions will increase along with our QuickBooks Advisor Packages. Please see the table below for more information.

Are the Advisor package prices changing?

Yes, from 28 July 2022, we are also changing the prices of our QuickBooks Advisor packages as set out in the table below.

What happens to the existing Simple Start and Plus subscriptions I have?

Any subscriptions purchased prior to 28 July 2022 will not be impacted by the price changes.

What happens to the existing QuickBooks Advisor packages I have?

If you have existing QuickBooks Advisor packages where the promotional discount period expires after 28 July 2022, please note the price of these subscriptions will revert to the new wholesale prices shown above when the promotional period expires. You can see your existing package T&Cs here.

Can I still buy the current QuickBooks packages?

Yes, the existing QuickBooks packages are available for purchase at current prices until 27 July 2022.

When does the new pricing take effect?

The new pricing of QuickBooks Online Simple Start and Plus, as well as the Advisor packages will change from 28 July 2022.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my client’s subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade any subscriptions that are billed to your firm at any time. Simply visit the Subscription and Billing section of your QuickBooks Online Accountant account to view or change a client’s plan. Learn how to change a client’s subscription here.
