Profile V2023.3.0 Print Errors
The draft has dropped, but now I'm getting printing errors when I try to create the PDF archived copy for my records. Brand new update & still not working

Its an installation issue. try to run proreg first
If it does not work, try a clean uninstall
In messing around, I have found that if I open the document & view it, it will print, but if I don't view the document it won't print it. Not good guys, I don't look at the slips page, nor the comp for every client, but I sure would like to archive it... can we fix this please?
100% that is the issue - if we don't look at a page, it won't print it. I just tested it & opened every page with the error, and then it worked, ALTHOUGH the pop-up that it's all printed could be removed if there are no errors...another click is a waste of time, in my opinion.

You can restore them after if it does not fix the issue

The version for me is still 2023.2.7 and when checking for updates is is saying you are on the latest version
It is still showing Draft and the T183 showing Year 2022 !!

My program is still giving me errors if I don't preview each page before I print to PDF. Spent a long time yesterday with support for another issue and he assures me everything is up to date. Also my summary page is printing an extra blank page. Anyone have solutions??
Hi Judy, you can try this for the printing
for the extra blank page, go to file print setup and trey removing the duplex check box
I have run the proreg, made sure my printer was not set to duplex printing (both the printer itself, and the print settings in the program) and I still have issues with batch printing the Comparative as part of the tax return. It prints "Comparative Tax Summary (Federal)" on the top one page, and then the remaining information on a second page.
