Get started with QuickBooks Online Payments

Maintaining a healthy cashflow is critical to your business success. QuickBooks Online Payments (Merchant Services) gives your customers more ways to pay, helping you get paid faster.

Note: A credit check will be conducted on the applicant.

Follow the steps below to sign up and get started with QuickBooks Payments:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Account and Settings.
  2. Select Payments from the left menu, then select Learn More. You'll be directed to the pricing information screen.
  3. Select Set up payments.
  4. Enter the required Business information as prompted.
  5. Select Next.
  6. Input the Owner information as prompted.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Enter the Bank information as prompted.
  9. Select Submit.

Once completed, you'll receive an email from our payments team within three business days regarding the status of your account and information about next steps.
