Payroll setup: Select reports to print in QuickBooks Online Payroll

After paycheques have been created, you can select the reports you would like to make available as group reports; this makes them easy to access later:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Preferences, select Reports.
  3. In the Reports Settings screen, mark the boxes next to the Employee and Employer reports you'd like.
  4. Click OK.

Note: These reports will print automatically to the default printer after your paycheques have been processed.
