How to create custom reports in QuickBooks Online Advanced

- Go to Reports
and select Custom reports (Take me there). - Select Create new report and the report type, then select Create.
Note: If you select a blank report, you'll see the following options:- Start by report creation wizard: This lets you search for the specific report type.
- Start by adding data columns: This lets you manually add, remove, and drag the columns to reorder.
- To edit the name, select the edit icon
next to report name. - Select Customize to apply the necessary filters.
Note: You can apply multiple filters to customize your report. Most reports have the same set of filters. Some filters are only available on certain reports. - Select Save As or Save. You can edit your report name at any time in the Report name field.
- Select Save.
