I have Profile installed on both my home desktop, and on my laptop that I use for remote locations.
The laptop absolutely refuses to print the T-183 - all other forms are ok.
The desktop does print the T-183, but uses a different method than the other forms. The other forms all print seamlessly, but when it comes to the T-183, the print session quits after printing and has to be manually reset to continue.
Anyone else having similar issues?
you are aware that you need an internet conncection to print the T183?
OK, that explains the laptop. Never had this issue in the past - would have been nice if Intuit would inform us!
Still doesn't explain the issue with the desktop stopping print jobs with the T-183 & have to manually restart.
WE have some information there for FPS printing, which uses internet
For the desktop, sometimes the FPS printing is slow, or the server might be unavailable. It should not be very common though.

Probably why I didn't read this is it appears to be info for just T-2 returns, not the T-1's
