STILL getting code "W861: We are currently experiencing technical difficulties......." when trying to Auth a rep in Profile. Do we have any word on the resolution? The CRA rep I spoke with had zero clue it wasn't working ;-(
I still can't get into an account I submitted on Feb 7.
Did you try calling Efile helpdesk or the general line?
Somebody in Profile told me to try to use the 2022 filing - just did & it worked!
I did resubmit - and have CRA access now too.

I submitted it on Feb 7 using the 2022 tax year and it gave the W861 error "....... will not need to be sent a second time"
I just tried to resubmit (still using 2022 tax year) and it accepted it. I was also able to get in to the client's account right away. So much for not needing to send it a second time.
This year is not starting out well.
