I have a new resident client that I am trying to Efile for but not accepted, comes back with CRA Result Code: 149-R. Has anyone else dealt with it?

When a taxpayer is a first time filer, on INFO page, you must answer "Yes" to the question first time filers, and "No" to the name change question.
We did it and now we have error 110-B : The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the information currently on record, which was provided by Service Canada. You will need to verify your client's identity and try again.
Info. is fine and Represent a Client was accepted and checked on line, personal info. is same. Another new immigrant return - Can't Efile says 'If you are unable to resolve the issues, please contact your software
provider.
Hi Sunny, for the info matching (error 110-B) we are still waiting on guidance from CRA. I'd recommend they try EFILE helpdesk for help validating the info.
