We need to change the default file path for files printed by Profile PDF Export, different than where the Profile tax return is saved. Can this be changed anywhere in the Profile or printer settings?
For context: This change is required because Profile's new File Print Server does not produce an OCR (searchable) document when using our own PDF printing software. Therefore, we need to use Profile PDF Export for printing. I need the PDF to be saved to a specific default folder so that our software can then automatically "pull" the file into our document inbox.

You can not change this path, however you could archive the PDFs to a different directory by specifying the archive directori in the menu options environment PDF. Then instead of using print email pdf, you will be using File Print menu, and in the advanced window instead of using Print these sets, you will use Archive these sets. we have instructions at this URL

Thanks, Mario - I was able to integrate this into our default settings. The archive route is even better because it produces separate PDF's when multiple print sets are selected. Along with the custom PDF naming convention in the Environment->PDF menu, this will save us tons of time this year. Appreciated!
