You need to uncheck the box number 4 underneath and then make the required entries
You cannot "uncheck" #4. You have to choose another incorrect option. The person is an immigrant and if you choose another option, then you change his/her status. No, option #4 is correct, but Profile incorrectly instructs the husband to fill out a form RC66 Child Benefits Application, which should only be completed by the mother.

This does not answer the question - why does profile suggest the husband fill out form RC66 when the husband and wife both arrived within the year and the CRA says only the wife should apply. Why can't you program Profile to suggest the wife fill out form RC66 and not the husband? Or, if the 18 months have not yet gone by, then Profile should be warning against filling out RC66 for anyone.
