How to print pdf of T2 after update to version 2022.5.5?
I got an error message 'Print job failed due to issues with the printer' when print a form.
I can't print forms like T2, S1, S100, S125 when print pdf.
Same here. Also getting a Catastrophic Failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_unexpected) when deselecting PDF. I can't help but think it's related to the new Intuit FPS (file print server) which does unknown things to our print jobs as seen here:

I got error message below when I am printing. Whatever which printer that I selected. It is only happen on 2023 tax year, it is no error on 2022 and before tax years.
Could you take a look for this?
Thank you very much.
Hi,
There are no issues with printing in 2022.5.5 nor FPS printing under investigation, though we are watching out for repeatable/product issues as always.
I tested the print setup you supplied and could successfully print. Try the steps in this article: it is unusual that only one year is affected but this should help.
For exception errors try a repair, using this article.
If your issues are not resolved with the article(s) above, call use a 1-800-452-9970. Sometimes computer environment issues need further investigation
I apologize for these issues but hope the articles help
I still have this issue. I have changed the permission for the folder of C:\ProgramData\GreenPoint to everyone full access already.
When I tried to print any form, there is a error message:
If I print anything without form. It is OK.
Again, this issue is only on T2 year 2023, all other years are OK.
Could you take a look for me?
Thanks.

Thx... also, all the default shortcut icon size is smaller than before too.
Yesterday's new update still DOESN'T solve the mentioned shortcut icon issues....
If you right clcik on the icon and uncheck use small icons, is this better?
My problem, I can't print any forms of T2 for year 2023, is until not resolved after I recently update 2022.5.5. when Can you help for me?
Thanks
The T2 print issue Is supposed to be working. Can you please the call the helpline or follow these troubleshooting steps: https://profile.intuit.ca/support/en-ca/help-article/custom-templates/troubleshooting-t1-t2-printing...
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
No different at all whether the "Use small icons" command is checked or unchecked. And after update to V2022.4, I've to check "Show Captions" as the majority of my T1/T2 shortcut icons only attach the weird 's, figuring there. I'm having Windows 10 Pro.
Hi Louis, can you please call the helpline, an agent might be able to help you, if not, then it will be escalated to the developpers.
Thanks
Mario
I did it. It does not work.
I cannot print pdf T2 for 2023 year.
I think the issue is with the module 2021-2023 T2. I tried to print pdf a return from 2020 and it works but the module is 2019-2021
There was an issue with FPS printing, which affected T2, CO17 and TP1, it was resolved yesterday morning
