I tried to print a T5018 slip for my client and got a message saying "The printing of pre-printed forms is currently unavailable...". I have never set any of my forms to "Pre-printed Form" and have not used pre-printed forms in over 20 years.
When I looked under Slips Print Setup, I discovered that all of the forms' Copy 1 are set to "pre-printed form". When I selected the form to change this, no options were available under "Form Type" (the text is greyed out and the down arrow does not provide any options).
I then tried selecting another slip type (under Slips Print Setup) and any time I selected a slip type (Copy 3/4 or Slip Notes for example), the form type changes to "Pre-printed Form" with no ability to change the "Form Type".
Now when I go to print the slips I get the following error:
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less that the size of the collection.

When I press continue, it goes back to the print dialogue box, but all I can do is cancel the print job (it will not allow me to print the forms).
If I use a computer with no changes to the Print Slips Setup I am able to print the slips (other than Copy 1 which also shows the Form Type as "Preprinted form" there as well).
I was in 2020 FX, but the same problem is occurring with the other years of FX as well.
I have the same problem here. No solution so far?
I have had zero response from Profile about this and I finding that their support absolutely sucks!
I uninstalled Profile and re-installed it and can now print slips. That having been said, Copy 1 still shows as "Pre-printed Form", but I am not going to change it for fear of the same problem coming up again. I am simply not printing Copy1 since the slips are filed electronically anyway.
Just called the support this morning and wasted me one hour without any solution.
I just updated to 2021.2.0 and Copy 1 of the slips now shows as "Laser Facsimile" again rather than "Pre-printed Form".
