When I go to print a T2 (either PDF "archive" or paper print) I get the following error:
I updated to the newest version 2023.0.0, restarted computer etc. and still get the same error. I tried on another computer and still the same error. I was originally trying to print to PDF, gave up after I couldn't get that to work so I was going to print hard copy and scan but I can't print a hard copy either. Still get the same error.
When I try to do a single form print I get a different error
So basically I cannot print a T2 all. T1 printing seems to work fine.
Yes, getting the same error. Not sure how to fix it. It just prints the 2 pages - Audit summary and Client letter but other than that no other forms are being printed.

I apologize for printing issues in 2023.0.0. This is a ProFile issue under investigation at the highest level. We will have printing restored for T2, CO-17 and TP1 as soon as possible. If you have not updated please wait until this issue is resolved to update
Same thing happens to me today and I need very urgent to print in pdf. This is a T2 in 2023.
Having the exact same issue. Tried everything before coming here. Nothing would work. Exact same error message. At least they know about. How about fixing the ASAP, meaning today Intuit or do you plan to issue all of us $ credits for the downtime you are forcing on us?

This problem started before I upgraded to 2023. I upgraded hoping it fixed the problem but it did not.

2023.1.0 solved the issue
My V2023.0.4 can't print T2's audit AND tax summaries on NEW returns (neither thru Quick Print nor F12) ONLY so far. What is the fixed?
With V2023.1 installed, I can now print a both audit & tax summary pages thru F12 but still NOT by Quick Print.
whats the module you are trying to print Louis, at the top of the info page?
Both my V2023.1.1 T1 & T2s' Quick Print & Alt-F10 fail to print the desired pages. Any fix to this?
