I am trying to set up a shared database in the software, its already set up but when I try to connect other workstations with the shared database, it is unable to find the shared database.
How do I ensure network connectivity?

Yes, it is for shared client explorer funcionality.
I am trying to set it up using Options > Databases > Shared Server but it is unable to search for the shared server (that I setup on a different computer).
its probably the firewall blocking it, you need to put an exception for profieldbserver.exe profiledbservice.exe and profile.exe
