Our Profile 2021 does not update the print status to printed after we do a batch print. In the form selection I have changed the status after printing to printed but still does not update the file. Is this an update still to come or am I missing something.
I am encountering the same issue. Have you been able to fix this?
If I print the returns individually the status will change but not if I use Batch Print.
Still no fix yet and I downloaded the latest update this morning (2021.3.5). Was back on the phone with them this morning and they say it will be corrected in the next update. So I guess we wait and see.

Still have not heard anything back form Profile as the level 2 support was supposed to look into it and call me back. This is beyond frustrating at the extra work it is creating .
