My issue with the print thing is that it is 'skipping' printing some letters and invoices on the files. Also some T1 Remittance. Some print, some don't. I have to go back in to every file that's been skipped and manually produce these. Who knows what else it isn't selecting. These items are all selected in the options. When I updated to 3.5 it totally pooched my file paths as well. These I have mostly figured out but this print thing is troublesome.
i have not had any issues so far? that i noticed. you should call the help line and maybe they can walk you through a process to fix the issue? hope you get it straightened out. good luck.
Print issues? oh ya, Every time I populate a PDF to send out a return, my printer then only prints one side. So every PDF populated I have to go to print options and reset the options, very annoying and time consuming. Every TIME. I called profile about it, the she had not heard anyone complaining about this. I also raised some software issues, so i was given a case number to call back with if i wanted to. No one was going to contact me about it. very frustrated this year. My program has locked up several times already also.(alt,control delete!)
i have called the help line and was told they would look into it, but would not be calling me back, i was to call them. The duplexing check mark disappears every time i create a PDF witch is fairly often, so i have to go into print settings and reset every time. Not happy wasting time and paper when i forget to go back to reset.
More than a "delay". Profile becomes unresponsive!
