How are OAS benefits taxed on a Canadian non-resident who lives in the US?
I understand that the country of residence, specifically the USA, has exclusive rights to tax OAS benefits. Does that mean that a Canadian non resident in California does not claim the OAS benefits on his Canadian Non-Resident return.? I have the NR4(OAS) form, but I understand that is for the US returns, not Canadian.
Am I right, or wrong?

It is only reportable in the US. You do not need to file a Canadian non resident tax return, unless you have income earned in Canada.

There is Canadian Canada Pension Plan benefits with income tax withheld.
