I would suspect Profile needs to address this.  That, and the great gaps in the letter when certain conditons are not met for various paragraphs in the letter template.

ITs not the T1 Summary, but the Tax summary. But yes, is Profile going to fix this issue?  Especially on coupled returns. The names are waaayyyy way off!

Yes, I know that.  Not a problem in prior years.  And, again, I hope Profile is addressing this.

That's great!  Now, about that letter.......I am having to 'personalize' a large percentage of the letters to remove all the extra line spaces.  Not sure why this is a problem this year, but PLEASE somebody check it out!

It would be easier to modify the template so that it can apply to all clients, and you only have to do it once. There was a change to the GST form this year, thats probably the reason.

Regarding the letter:  it is the conditional formatting that is the problem.  Profile selects which 'messages' it inserts depending on the conditions in the return.  I HAVE modified the phrase concerning instalments.  We prefer to let CRA send them notices of expected instalments.  BUT there are several spaces inserted between other paragraphs that, depending on the message sent to the client, causes it to leave great gaps in the letter.  It looks very cheap.

I've attached a screenshot.  This is NOT the worst, but a recent file fresh in my head.
