Turn Off or Change Account Status Emails

Mailchimp sometimes sends account status emails like send confirmations, information about your audiences, and account updates. You can turn these on or off in the Details section of your Account Settings page.

Turn off or change emails

To turn account status emails on or off, follow these steps.

1. Click your profile icon and choose Account.

2. Click the Settings drop-down and choose Details.
   

3. Scroll to the Manage Your Email Preferences section.
4. Check the boxes next to emails you'd like to receive.
5. Click Save.

About email preference options

Mailchimp offers optional email resources to help you as you grow your audience and improve your marketing. Here's a brief description of each.

• Confirmation when campaign is sent
  These emails notify you when you've successfully sent a marketing email. You'll be notified if you're sending immediately, and when a scheduled marketing email sends.
• Weekly account summary
  These emails provide you with a weekly breakdown of account activity. This includes an overview of the audiences in your account and any marketing emails that have been sent that week.
