Learn how to categorize bank transactions on your iOS or Android device.

You can quickly categorize bank transactions from any mobile device. In this article, we'll show you how.

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Transactions.
  2. If multiple banks are connected, select the bank you want to work with.
  3. Select the transaction you want to categorize.
  4. Depending on your mobile device:
    • iOS: Under Add to QuickBooks, tap >.
    • Android: Under Category, tap >.
  5. Select Accept.
