View or Change Your Account Contact Information

The Contact information page of your account contains your user profile and primary account contact, as well as information associated with each audience in your account. Access and change your account contact information at any time.

About the Contact information page
The Contact information page is specific to your Mailchimp account. On this page, “contact” doesn’t refer to an individual in your audience. Instead, this contact information is set up and managed by the Mailchimp account Owner. Mailchimp sends account notifications, billing correspondence, and compliance alerts to the email addresses provided on the Contact information page.
Profile information
This section contains your user login information. The email address stored here receives a link if you need to reset your account password or username. This email address also receives notifications when you import or export contacts.
Primary account contact
In this section you can update the primary contact name, company name and website, mailing address, phone number, email address, and Tax ID for the account. The mailing address stored here determines how you’re billed for taxes. The email address stored here receives communications related to the account, including campaign send, domain verification, Mailchimp Transactional contact information, and compliance notifications.
Audiences in this account
Each audience in your account can have its own contact information associated with it. Audience information is visible to your contacts, so make sure you choose an email address and contact information you're comfortable sharing. The contact information stored in this section will appear in the required email footer content for that audience.
Edit your contact information
View or change your profile, primary account contact, or audience information details at any time.
To access the Contact information page, follow these steps.
- Click your profile icon, then click Account & billing.
- Click the Settings drop-down, then click Contact information.
- On the Contact information page, click the edit button in the Profile information, Primary account contact, or Audiences in this account section.
