The Business Feed separates work done for you, suggestions, and items ready for review into individual tiles corresponding to different workstreams on the feed.
Note: Red usually means urgent or attention needed.

The Feed can help with many business tasks, such as:

  • Matching bank transactions
  • Sending payment reminders for overdue invoices
  • Generating bills from emails
  • Alerting you to cash flow issues

And more features are being added regularly.

You can review every automated task in the Feed. You can see what’s done and have the possibility to undo or change any automated actions.

  • Done for you: This means an agent completed the task and just needs you to know about it (like matching a bank transaction).
  • Ready for review: This means an agent prepared the task but needs your approval before finalizing it (like a payment reminder to send).

If you use the QuickBooks mobile app, tap Business Feed. It shows your most important tasks and notifications, just like the online version.
Note: The mobile app experience surfaces a bit less work done for you, but you can view all tiles on your mobile browser.

Partially. You can dismiss items you don't need, and select which automated features to turn on. We’re working on adding more customization in the future.
