Move from a Bill.com account to Online Bill Pay

Learn about switching from a Bill.com account to an Online Bill Pay account.

You may currently have a Bill.com account that is connected with a QuickBooks Online account. Before signing up with Online Bill Pay, there are some considerations to keep in mind.

Three things to consider:

  • You will need to cancel your existing Bill.com account. Then sign up for Online Bill Pay within QuickBooks Online.
  • Having a Bill.com account and Online Bill Pay running concurrently for the same QuickBooks account is not an option.
  • Existing Bill.com accounts will not be migrated to the Online Bill Pay service. This is because these are two different services offering different features.
