View your QuickBooks Online payment history

You can view your QuickBooks Online payment history directly in your product. If you need a copy or would like to view your payment history, please follow the steps below to access your payment history information.

1. Select Settings , then Subscriptions and billing.
2. Select the View payment history link.

Important:

• The billing history displays the last six (6) months' bills.
• Billing statements are visible the day after the billing date - not the same day.
• If you signed in as an Accountant user, you won't be able to download the billing Portable Document Format (PDF) file for a client who pays for their own subscription.
