Bank error 377 usually means QuickBooks can't download transactions. We just need to update the connection with your bank.

Update your online bank connection
- Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions (Take me there).
- Select the Update Now link from the Let's fix this bank connection banner.
- Follow the steps to update the connection—when prompted, sign in to your bank account.
- Once connected, QuickBooks can download transactions again.
