Add multiple shipping addresses to a customer record

If you’ve saved separate shipping and billing addresses for a customer in QuickBooks Online, you can show them both on an invoice.

Prerequisites
Customers need a separate shipping address saved before you can add it to invoices.
Follow this link to complete the steps in product
- Select the customer you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Under Shipping address, uncheck Same as billing address and enter a unique address.Â
- Select Save.
Add more than one shipping address to a customer record
Customers need a separate shipping address saved before you can add it to invoices. The following steps cover how to add or adjust an existing shipping address within the customer record.
- Follow this link to complete the steps in product
- Select the customer you want to edit.
- Select Edit.
- Go to Shipping address.Â
- Uncheck Same as billing address and enter a unique address.Â
- Select Save.
Note: You can add multiple addresses when editing the customer record. Select + New address to save a new address. If you save more than one shipping address, check the default shipping address to make sure it’s correct.
