auto payroill blocked

Intuit has blocked auto payroll for 5 months although all Fintrac obligations are met. Twice each month I speak with support who assure me that this time it will run properly but it never does. I complained to the regional representative about this client but she is pre-occupied in selling more subscriptions. I will have to consider changing software, although the support represetatives are very polite they ae unable to addres this error in the sotware.
