- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online.
- Click on Search for something else and enter your concerns in the Tell us more about your questions.
- Tap Search.
- Click on Start a message.
Please take note of our business hours to ensure we can attend to your needs.
Once the account is canceled, you'll still have read-only access to the account for a year after the cancellation date.
