Since you're still unable to see the receipt for your annual QBO subscription, I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Team. They can help review your payment history and email a copy of your receipt. 

 

Here's how to connect with them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
