Let me chime in and share some steps for canceling your subscription, 3876.
If you wish to cancel your subscription to QuickBooks Online (QBO), please know that the process may vary depending on where you purchased your plan. If you bought your subscription within your app store, you will need to cancel your subscription from there. On the other hand, if you directly purchased it from the QuickBooks Online website, you can cancel it within your company file.
Here's how:
- From the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
- Choose Subscriptions and Billings under the Profile column.
- Within the product that you currently subscribed to, click Cancel.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
After you cancel your subscription, you will still have read-only access for one year. But if you want to make changes, you'll need to re-subscribe.
Additionally, you can use this material to learn more about how to cancel if you purchase through the Apple App or Google Play Store: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
I'll leave this article in case you want to resubscribe or reactivate your QBO account: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
