Account management

We appreciate you getting back into this thread, crpavinginc1. I'll route you to the appropriate support for assistance.

Beforehand, have you tried checking your user role and troubleshooting your browser? Your user role determines which data you can manage and update in QuickBooks Online. Also, accessing your company using a private window or other supported and updated browser can avoid unexpected issues caused by corrupted cache files.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our customer support team. They have the tools and expertise to thoroughly investigate this matter and determine why the Time tab is missing on your end. Accordingly, they can provide the most appropriate resolutions or workaround if necessary.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Select Help (?) and go to the Search tab.
  3. Choose Contact Us to connect with an expert.
  4. Either pick Start a chat or Get a callback.

Please also observe their support hours to connect with the right expert seamlessly.

Moreover, you can use class to track hours from different departments or activities. Classes help organize your transactions to get better insights from the various parts of your business.

Get back to this thread if you have other questions about time tracking in QuickBooks Online. We're always here to provide the necessary information and resources to address your queries.
