I cannot log into Intuit from quickbooks 2020 pro desktop. It just keeps spinning and never gets to the log in panel I cant enter my email and password to log in.
I cannot log into Intuit from quickbooks 2020 pro desktop. It just keeps spinning and never gets to the log in panel I cant enter my email and password to log in. I have tried to reinstall and used the repair tools. Intuit logged me out and won't let me log back in.

I did and for 159.99 per month I will be able to send emails from QB again. That’s extortion! I already paid good money for the 2020 pro edition and it’s only 6 years old.

I am in the same situation. What did you end up doing? They are holding us hostage just to send emails. Everything else work and I do not need support but just to send emails they want WAY more money than it cost to go buy a new version at the store. How is this legal? I have been using this for years with no problems. What did you end up doing?

Im having the same problem. it just spins. Buying new quickbooks or "updating" is not an option as the pricing is out of control. Has there been a fix for this yet?

Having same issues, here. The spinning wheel wont let me log in. Is there no fix? i googled it. found to clear browzing history. I have the same version of quickbooks on a seperate computer with a diffrent company and its still working just fine. I tried to export the company backup to the other computer that sworking and still getting the issue. This tells me the issue is within this file. If it still has issues on the other computer with the fresh quickbooks and my other company emails fine...
whats going on? i understand "lack of support, but i feel this might be a cash grab trying to get the last of us on 2020 desktop that just needs to record payments, and invoice monthly. I dont need anything else quickbooks is trying to offer.

open existing. Trying to email invoices. Somehow it logged me out of intuit and has the spinning circle that the screen never loads to be able to log-into intuit. Everything else works just fine but cant email invoices without logging in.

My same issue and workaround: I tried multiple methods of trying to fix this, including the QB Tool Hub with multiple attempts to resolve, nothing worked. My work around (though not as convenient) was to change PREFERENCES Send Form from Webmail to Use Outlook (I happen to have Outlook). I am now again able to email invoices. Intuit wants everyone to move to QB online; I think the Online version is HORRIBLE. I was forced to use it when I was a treasurer for a board I was on; I will never move to QB online. I would buy an updated license for Desktop - if they had one, but they do not. I used to have a lot of admiration towards Intuit for Quickbooks and Quicken, but the company's move to Online Quickbooks is not a solution I will ever move to.

How many user licenses do you need? You can still purchase QB Desktop 2024 Pro/Premier Plus or QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise at a competitive subscription price from a reseller.
