In the meantime, log in to the Bank of Hawaii's (BOH) website and check for any announcements about system maintenance alerts or service disruptions. If everything is fine, we can manually update your bank connection in QBO. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.

  3. Click the bank account tile and hit the Update button.

 

Moreover, as a workaround, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QBO to continue your tasks.
