You're right. The purge option is not available for Simple Start. What we can do is sign in to a new Simple Start plan using your existing credentials. We're giving 70% off till December 4 because of our Cyber Monday Sale.
- Select the Simple Start plan from the Pricing list.
- Select a payroll service if you need it or click Continue without payroll.
- Click Check out, and you'll be routed to the sign-in page.
- On the sign-in page, there's a line that says Adding a company to an existing account? Sign in. Click Sign in. If you're signed in, in the first place, just confirm it.
Now, you will have two QBO company when you sign in. To remove the old company, invite a dummy user, make them the Master Admin user, and let them remove you from the user list. Usually, others will create a dummy email and invite it as a user to transfer the Master Admin role.
