Thanks for the prompt reply, @GLADK. Allow me to chime in and share additional details about using QuickBooks credit card.

Your customers can transfer up to $250,000 per day into your QuickBooks Cash account and $50,000 per day out of your QuickBooks Cash account.

If the transfers are beyond the limit to pay your employees and contractors, you can submit an online request to increase your direct deposit security limit. Just click on the Submit an online request link in the Request a direct deposit limit increase section to open the form. Additional documentation such as a bank statement may be required. Check out this article for more details: Get help if you’re over a direct deposit limit.

If you’re still unable to see the form, visit the Security Limit Increase Requests page. From there, navigate to the DD Limits Requests section and tap the Add New Request link. Make sure to fill in the field boxes with the correct information.

Also, some of our customers use QuickBooks credit cards as their business checking accounts. It's a monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks where all of your customer payments get deposited. Meaning, there are no fees for keeping your money in QuickBooks Cash, and you won't be charged for transferring money to or from your QuickBooks Cash account.

If you have further questions about using QuickBooks credit cards, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They can provide the details on how it works and guide you with the process using their tools.

I've also included some articles that will help you track the money moving in and out of your business:
